March 5, 2008 – Buy a 2008 Golf Privilege Club Membership Book from  the BC Lung Association and your name will be entered to win a weekend golf getaway in Whistler, BC.

For only $35, this ultimate golf savings book entitles golfers to discounts at more than 455 courses across Western Canada and Washington State as well as discount golf travel throughout North America. All proceeds go to BC Lung Association’s various programs and services, and is a vital fundraiser for the organization.

“Our membership book saves golfers hundreds of dollars for less than the price of one round of golf. It’s also a great way for golfers to pay less and play more while supporting the Lung Association’s work to improve lung health in British Columbia,” says Scott McDonald, Executive Director of the BC Lung Association.

“We want to make sure BC golfers know about this great opportunity to save big time on golf fees, so we’re running a contest as a way of encouraging ,” said Jessa Blades, Golf Privilege Club Coordinator.
