Air Pollution & Public Health Workshop 2007
Vancouver, BC - March 7, 2007 – North American research experts gathered in Vancouver on March 7, 2007 at the 4th annual Workshop on Air Pollution & Public Health, organized by the BC Lung Association.
“Air quality is becoming more and more important to British Columbians and we have an obligation to keep the public informed, “ said Scott Mcdonald, Executive Director of the BC Lung Association. “By providing trusted information that clearly exposes the risks to health created by air pollution we hope to encourage communities, government agencies and individuals alike to strengthen their commitment to improving air quality."
