Climb the Wall 2014 took place on Sunday, March 16th at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre Hotel in downtown Vancouver.
Close to 300 participants came out to climb one of the city's tallest buildings - 48 storeys - including almost 100 firefighters who climbed the stairs in full gear!
The event is an annual fundraiser that raises money for The BC Lung Association's lung health research, education and advocacy.
Fundraising for this event is ongoing - so you still have a chance to support the cause (and, if you're a Climber, you still have time to earn some awesome Fundraising Incentive Prizes)!
We'd like to thank each of the Climbers who joined us and hit the stairs for our cause! We are also grateful to the 80 volunteers who showed up to make the event happen, and to all the event sponsors who made the event possible. We couldn't do it without you!
Stairwell climb times can be found on the Sportstats website:
Our house photographer and troupe of dedicated volunteer photographers snapped hundreds of pictures of Climbers in action! More are still to come, stay tuned!
