The BC Lung Associations hosts a variety of campaigns and events that build community spirit and raise money for lung disease research, education and support programs. Your participation plays a big role in our efforts to improve the quality of life for people living with lung disease.
The Stairclimb for Clean Air
Featuring over 500 participants on a marathon stair climb up the 48 floors of the 490-foot Sheraton Vancouver Wall Center Hotel in support of the BC Lung Association and the fight against lung disease.

The Bicycle Trek for Life and Breath
Held annually during the month of September, the Bicycle Trek for Life and Breath is a 2-day, scenic bike ride in the beautiful Fraser Valley and a BC Lung Association tradition.
Join us September 10th-12th for a weekend to remember!
The Rush: Race & Urban Scavenger Hunt
This is not your ordinary event – it is a challenge unlike anything in Lung Association history! Teams of two will scour the city as part of a 1 day, epic race and urban scavenger hunt! Take part in what is sure to be the most fun you have ever had in a single day!

Fresh Air Photo Contest
The annual contest challenges photographers from across Western Canada (BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba) to send in their best fresh air photo to win fabulous prizes in four categories: Clean Air, Kids, Animals, Travel & Adventure, with one overall Grand Prize for the photo judged best overall.
